Getting Error 2147500037 returned by MAPIResolveName

I'm trying to email a report using the send to / mail recipient option in Crystal Reports (Vers 14) and am getting this error.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

This appears to be a pure MAPI error simply propagated through the report export engine. Please google the error, see what comes up. A quick search on my part came up withe the following:

Also, Saying that you are using "ver 14" does not really give me much of a clue as to the exact version and Service packs applied. Please in the designer go to the help Menu and select About... to see the actual version.

The above assumes that you are able to email messages - e.g.; no CR involved. Also, confirm version of Outlook(?).
