Hi,
You can start with Basic Settings configuration guide, after which you should look for scenario specific configuration guides. In this way you can set up to start SAP SRM system.
You will find all relevant guides in SAP Service Marketplace.

You have to be specific on the setting / configuration whic you are looking at so that people from this forum can answer in detail. There are multiple configurations all of which cannot be explained in detail.

I suppose they are too many and i would believe enlisting them in reply is impossible. I suggest you download the config guide from service market place to find the necessary settings.
