How the Technical Monitoring templates pick client specific metrics?


Hi All,

I am configuring Technical Monitoring for ERP systems . In Managed system configuration RFCs are maintainted for both 000 client and production client. Now I have two concerns listed below

  • How the client specific metrics like response time and dialog users will come from only production client?
  • I cannot find any setting in solman_setup where there is a setting for client maintainence in technical monitoring configuration. Will there be any paticular configuration step to get the client specific metrics?
