I am trying to find out how Veeam and SAP HANA work together, pros and cons. I appreciate any comments.

we are using Veeam Backup & Replication and SAP HANA on virtual machines.
Please see my discussion post
Backups are running well but the question in my post could be a contra.
Hope that there's a solution to this.
