SAP NLS Data Archiving error - Missing Large Objects Management Functionality
Dear Gurus!!
We are in the process to do a proof of concept regarding the use of Sybase IQ as our NLS system.
We have a BW on HANA server (7.40 SP 5, kernel 7.41 patch level 100) and a SYBASE IQ server (Sybase 16.0 SP8....).
After a few days struggling with the licenses to have our Sybase DB running, we started to configure the DAPs on the BW side.
Connexion between BW and IQ is OK. When we try to activate the DAP, we obtain the error mentionned in OSS note 2049682. So, we added the IQ_LOB license to the Sybase system....We still have the same error...Any idea what we are missing ??
This is the error message we get from the DAP activation :
SQLCode = -1.003.007: Large Objects Management functionality is not licensed on this server.
