Hi,
Scenario: Fixed Term Deposit matured but not closed.
My client was invested in FD's but FD's are disputed from 2010. It was not settled means no final repayment was made.
I was run the TBB1_LC on 31 09 2014 for full repayment. I want to show it open items as a investment.
What are the steps to be taken to reverse the Final Repayment & How to show it.
with regards
raju
Hello,
use this transaction to reverse TBB1_LC:
IMG -> Financial Supply Chain Management -> Treasury and Risk Management -> Transaction Manager -> General Settings -> Tools -> Legacy Data Transfer -> Flow Data -> Flag Flows as Reversed (tr. TBB3)
after you reverse tbb1_lc - you'll see flows at "Cash flow" tab.

There are 2 transactions:
This is the difference between these 2 transactions. The first transaction is used on dayly basis to post documents. The second - only if you transfer legacy data or you enter master data for your project. And nobody use the second transaction for posting flows - because there won't be any posting in general/cusomter/vendor ledgers.
In TBB1_LC, all entries are posted in all valuation areas.
But I need only operative valuation area.
How to transfer the balances to the operative valuation area balances.
TBB1_LC everytime you use it - marks flows in all valuations areas.
If you wan't to make posting to general ledger only in operative valuation area - use TBB1. But make sure that your system is configured for posting accounting documents.
Hi,
My scenario is
Fixed deposits - Matured but not close.
example: maturity date is 2010
Original Final Repayment: INR 1,00,000/-
As per the bank statement: INR 99901/-
The difference is INR 99/-
For the difference i was created one additional flow for adjustment.
On 31st dec 2014, i was posted this FDR Final Repayment.
Client asks to reverse it.
I was reversed with T Code TBB3.
It showing balance amount INR 99/- in the system
Client requirement is it will be "0"
Shall we delete the INR 99/- in the table entry.
with regards
raju
