How to change SQLPORT:30015 to other ?

Hi ,

I want  to change SQLPORT (default:30015) to other port . But I can't find this parameter in HANA Studio - Configuration.

Where can I change it ?

Hi Jim,

you could try to change the HANA parameter:

daemon.ini [indexserver] arguments

The default is: -port 3$(SAPSYSTEM)15

However, I don't know if changing the SQLPORT for the HANA indexserver is allowed by SAP.

It's not .

The <00> part of the port number is derived from the instance number of the instance, so this part can be changed during installation (when you choose the instance number).

The remaining parts need to stay are they are.

Alright , I'll try to use other network method (port forwording etc) fot solve this .
