8213 Task failed; specify StorageURI in task property

Hi everybody!

I try create a new tenant in my cloud environment ( in cloud control center) from backup. I use SAP business one 9.0  version for SAP HANA PL15 (902.250.15) and Cloud Control Center Version 1.10.SP00.PL02, and i always get 8213 Error which says: Task failed; specify StorageURI in task property

What could it be?

Why i cannot create ew tenant from backup? At the same time I create a clear new tenant fine.

In what direction to look for the cause of the error?

I found the solution.

This information is not in the official guide to the CCC or SAP B1.

To create new Tenant from backup you must, in addition to determining windows share for Company Template Repositories, determining determine mount point in HANA server.

To do this:

1) Create mount point in Linux with command

mount -t cifs "//SBOCL1CCCH/CompTemp" "/mnt/CompTemp" -o username=administrator,password='youpassword',auto,file_mode=0777,dir_mode=0777

you can create a mount point at OS startup with fstab or cron

2) In Cloud control center Specify mount point:
