Partial Quantity Confirm

Dear expert,

I noticed that in MM-SUS, I can partial quantity confirm the PO, but I can only confirm the PO once for partial quantity, next time if I want to confirm the other quantity, I can not do it anymore.

Is this standard function ?

Is the status of PO 'confirmed' or 'partially confirmed'?

If confirmed, please follow the steps below to complete the process:

The supplier will be able to confirm a PO item with less than the

ordered quantity and the item will be considered as confirmed. Such

a PO response of course will be required to be reviewed by the

purchaser. He will need to accept or reject the change in quantity.

Accepting the change will put the SUS PO back to in process status and

the supplier will need to reconfirm the changed quantity, making the

ordered amount fully confirmed this time.
