Want make User status which blocks Actual cost posting?

Hi,

I want make user status which blocks actual posting in Project, but allows to run only settlement activity when this status is active in project.

How it can be done. Can any body help me out?

You just need to select from the list of Business Transactions for the User Status what is allowed and what is not.

Also, make sure you forbid all the actual posting transactions.
