Copy Business Partner from OTR to FU

Hi Experts,

I hope you can help me with the following question. I have the Business partner 'Goods Buyer' available in the OTR which represents the Sold-to in the respective Sales Order on ERP side.

I'd like the system to copy the partner Goods Buyer from the OTR to the Freight Unit automatically since I need the partner to be considered in incompatibilties on FU-FU level.

Can you please let me know what is the easiest way to accomplish this requirement?

Hi Thomas,

I have a similar requirement where I need to pass the BP (seller) from item level of SO to OTR. I have done this successfully. But not sure, how I can make it reflect in the FU at item level using similar Data crawler profile. Any idea?

Hi all,

thanks to the help of the experts in the linked in community we could accomplish the requirement by using a data crawler profile that allows to drill down from the FO to the OTR and read the Goods Buyer partner from there.

The Data Crawler Profile looks like follows.

In step 20 we filter by Role Code 200 (Goods Buyer)

    

We use this Data Crawler in the Data Access Definition.
