Holiday classes

Dear All,

I have a requirement, where in 2 holidays are falling on the same day i.e. 18.07.2015. Where as one of them is a holiday class 1 and the other one is holiday class 3. Though I have configured both the holidays in SCAL and they are correctly reflecting is the holiday calendar.

But in IT0007, in the work schedule only holiday for class 1 is visible with no text as shown in the screenshot.

Please confirm, if such a scenario is possible to configure 2 different holidays with different holiday classes to be assigned on the same day?

It is not possible to configure two holiday classes on the same day. One of them will take precedence, and I assume it will be in increasing order of Holiday Class.

Typically, the company will decide before hand what holiday it actually stands for if such a situation arises. Therefore there should be no need to configure two holiday classes on the same day ever.

No. You can not configure 2 holidays which is falling on same date. (18.07.2015). you have to give priorty to either one of holiday (holiday class 1 or 3)
