Refresh master data for EKKO/EKPO entries

We’ve recently updated “Manufacturer Part Profile” (MARA-MPROF) in MM02.

We allowed some time for the “old” open EKKO/EKPO entries to flow through the system (I.e. PO’s and RFQ’s)

After some investigation we found that Contracts and Scheduling Agreements still read “old” Manufacturer Part Profile and then copies to newly created purchase orders.

This field (Manufacturer Part Profile) is not displayed within Contract / Scheduling Agreement tcode, but value can be viewed in EKPO-MPROF.

Is there a program that will re-read master data from MARA and then update Contract / Scheduling Agreement accordingly?

We don’t want to explore the option of deleting and re-creating all affected Contracts / Scheduling Agreements.

Hi,

   As of my knowledge, there is no standard program, which will refresh the EKPO table to update master data. The only option would be to delete the item and add a new line item.

   Else, you may check the feasibility of developing a new program to update the master data in EKPO.
