Dears,
One of my customers is working with Cloud for Sales and has a specific requirement with working in offline modus.
This customer is present at fairs. At such a fair, several sales representatives get in contact with the accounts and contacts for which they are not necessarily the owner.
When working in offline mode at this moment, a sales rep is only able to have a maximum of 2500 of his/her accounts or contacts or leads or… So, the sales rep, when working in offline modus, is not able to see the full group of accounts or contacts or… This is making it difficult for a sales rep to work in an efficient way while in offline modus.
Is there any way that we can influence this number or influence the fact that the offline mode is only limited to “my” objects?
Thanks and best regards,
Steve
Hi Carola,
what about the for example "my accounts" and "all accounts"? So far, I only saw "my accounts". Is there a way on having the 2500 items at "all accounts"?
Thanks and best regards,
Steve Debruyne

Hi Steve,
as described in Administrators guide the Maximum number of objects you can sync per item type is 2500. For example, 2500 accounts, 2500 opportunities, and so on.
Kind regards
Carola Henze
