IDOC With Maintenance order

Hi SAP Experts,

I have problem with sending IDOC Maintenance order. I have two client such as 888 and 999, client 888 for sending maintenance order to client 999. In proses inbound at client 999 have an error message number 51 

Function module not allowed: BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN

How should i do to solve that problem?

Can you please post the full error message text including message number.

Where is this IDoc being called from?

Hi Pete Atkin,

I create IDoc using tcode IORD and success from client 888, but when I open IDoc Document in tcode WE02 in Client 999, there are an error message like in picture attached

Do you have any solution to solve this error?

That is the problem in function module BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN or that function modul is not correct for processing inbound IDoc Maintenance order?

There is some problem with the functional module. SAP has provided the note for resolution. This is avaliable in my previous post.
