How do I correct error 1310 ERROR 1310. IN INSTALLING SAP CRYSTAL REPORT VERSION FOR VISUAL 2010. I am using window 7 (32) bit, but I got this error 1310 while installing this software. Help me to resolve it so that I can use the software now. What do I need to do to solve this error.

Error 1310 is not a Crystal Reports error. Rather it is an MS Installer error. Please Google for the error or visit MS for a a solution. A sample of a quick search on Google:

Please provide below information:

1. Which Service Pack you are trying to install?

2. Is it Windows 7 or Windows 7 SP1?

3. Please provide full error text.

Looks like you are lacking some permissions to some folders during installation. Are you logged in using your admin credentials?
