How to update target group for recurring campaign?

Hello experts!

We need to construct a monthly recurring campaign where, for example, in month 1 we have 300 BPs, and in month 2 we have 130 BPs. The difference is because BPs are updated, result from the month 1 campaign's execution.

How can we achieve this behavior?? because the campaign only consider target groups previously built and remain fixed.

Hi Miguel,

For this to achieve, follow these steps.

1. create segmentation - Profile set and profile

2. while converting profile into target group, press on ' generate target group'. This option is available when you right click on profile.

3. System will prompt a pop up window 'Schedule job'.

4. In that pop up window, select the option 'date/time.'

This will set a batch job that intern will update the target group periodically based on the date and time selected.
