It is better to use the Import from Excel option under Administration to complete this.

Make sure you do testing first in a test database

    Hi Sudhir,

You can ask this Question from your Client.

He can give you Accumulated Depreciation, Net Book Value and Historical Cost of Fixed Asset with Depreciation Type.

Use OITM and ITM7 Template to Import Fixed Asset with Depreciation Type without any Transnational Information. With OITM and ITM7 Template you can Upload only Fixed Asset Master Data.

Then Use ACQ1, ACQ2 and OACQ Templates to Import Capitalization Data of Fixed Asset.

Then Run Depreciation for the Assets so that Accumulated Depreciation can be Calculated.

Note:- You Can Import Fixed Asset for the First day of Current Financial Year.

    Hope this helps 😊
