Hi - This is all covered on .  You need to search for the Jive app or just use the mobile browser friendly option.

I have a working version of SBS Mobile Classic app on android device. This app is compatible with current version of SCN but unfortunately Jive has pulled it from Google Play.

APK file is available on other sites but downloading apps outside official store is risky.

Unfortunately, Jive is no longer providing the app that was compatible with current version of SCN.

EDIT:The compatible app url mentioned in Jason's document shows this:

Whereas, when I am logged in Google account, (it was installed on my android device when app was available), I see this:

So, the app is no longer available.

There are some compatibility issues with the phone's OS too. However, the mobile friendly version will work.

Few months back, I was able to use mobile website in mobile browser and PC browser. Few weeks back, I was unable to use mobile website in PC browser. It is my understanding that mobile friendly version is also not working.

Works for me on Safari on iOS.  Anyways, a working app would be better

I think your document can be updated to indicate that Android Google Play URL is invalid.

It didn't work at that time. That is why I had to install SBS mobile classic.
