SOAP fault error for all SOAP receiver channels

Hello Experts ,

We are working on sap PO 7.4 version, we have so many soap receiver scenarios but for most of all the soap receiver adapter we are getting the SOAP fault error.

Please suggest what might went wrong ?? is there any issues with the scenario configuration ??

Below is the error,

SOAP: Response message contains an errorXIAdapter/PARSING/ADAPTER.SOAP_EXCEPTION - soap fault: Internal Error

Hi,

Check with your receiver system folks /Functional folks on whether to handle/ignore fault responses from receiver system .

Just to give you an Idea on fault message with an example.For an address search based on post code as I/P,If the the post code entered is not valid ,target system responds back with fault response saying entered Post code is not valid.

If they asked you to handle it in from PI .You need to change the design to handle fault messages.
