Cannot create request in access management( For role assignment request type)

Dear Experts,

I'm unable to create role assignment request type in my DEV system. On Submission, im getting following error shown in snapshot.

But same works file in QA,PRD systems.

Due to lack of time i cannot able to debug the entire process. Pls let me to figure out the issue and reticify it.

Hi,

was your initiator rule updated to cover DEV system? Is risk analysis on risk submission enforced? Is rule-book for this system defined.

I would have Basis check out any system performance to see if there is a time out issue - worth a quick check

If it's potentially related to configuration, then you could use transaction SCU0 to cross compare your configuration between DEV and QA to see if any difference. As well as that, check that no recent changes are in DEV that caused the problem.
