Need DTW Template to update and mark the COA, G/L Code inactive

Hi experts

i need to inactive around 5000 + G/L code inactive as we are not using it as on 01/01/2015 onward

My COA is segment wise, when i check the templates available default with DTW there is no such field through which i could mark the Inactive the G/L's ,

could any one provide me the Template Format for COA, Segment wise and explain in which and all fields are necessary or Mandatory in the Template
