Webdynpro for ABAP

Hi i am new to Webdynpro.

I dont want SAP NW sneak preview. I all ready have a WAS Server. I want the WEBDYNPRO for ABAP applications enabled on MY ABAP server stack. That is I want to install or upgrade WEBDYNPRO for ABAP without installing sneakpreview. What should i do now?
