Points not credited & Activity is not updated in SCN

Hi,

I am facing a problem in SCN, the points are not getting credited for the thread which is marked as correct. Also the activity is not getting updated.

So will it be manual assignment to every profile ? If yes, then I missed some for my new   and don't know about correct or helpful answer.

Thank you.. The points are updated in the next day iteslf.. Hope it is perfectly fine.

There are some known issue in SCN right now. Points portion was running slow. Even though some points still to be assigned to profile..

Please follow the document for new update

Hi Raj,

Something is broken at backend side, activity is not updating, there is a delay in updating points etc. etc.SCN team is working on this. Maybe we will hear from them soon. Ref link
