We do order scheduling per "backward in time".

Overnight system run MRP and creates planned order for each day requirements. Some all planned order has finish time as "19:30pm". My question to you expert is how system come up with 19:30  Because all our work center has capacity of 24 hrs. Then how system come up with end time 19:30?

Because of this when we convery planned order to process order it default same end time.

Rason for asking question is I like to change this(default end) time for few product.

Reply appreciated.

Hello Eric,

In my knowledge.

First we must to know when you use Backward scheduling (with time), when you create a production order system will allow you to enter the finish date (with time).

And the second point the end of the date (with time) as per your work-center parameters. Please check in capacity header view (Formula in "Scheduling tab" is used to calculate execution time of the operation which is used in lead time scheduling, so verify the operation times).

Best Regards,

Xavier
