Crystal Reports output goes blank when new tables are added?

I am working off of an Oracle Data Base but when I add some new tables from the database and try to add the tables to my report, my report goes blank. I don't know how to fix it. I think the issue is about how the information is linked? Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

Hi Cameron,

Add one table at a time, if this is happening, to determine the 'guilty table'. Also check the link type for the new table. By default, it will be 'inner join' so may want to try 'left outer' to see if that gives you any data.

If that doesn't work, check the fields that are being linked, especially if you are not doing the linking yourself.

Hi Heather,

My tables are quite large and I am using multiple tables and fields, it is really difficult to see which link is not established correctly. I was wondering is there a different way to view linked tables other than the database wizard module?

There really is no other way to see them.  I would take out one table at a time and run the report - repeat the process until you get data.  Then add the tables back in one at a time, running the report between each table add to make sure that you still have data.
