Problem WEBGUI

Hi gurus,

I'm facing a problem when i acess the WEBGUI. I can login normally by WebGUI, but when I try to access any transaction, nothing happens. There's no error, simply does not enter into any transaction.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Hi Gurus,

SAP said the following:

Your SAP system is in EHP4. This version does not support Platform Web Browser iPad.

We will update the SAP for EHP7.

Hi gurus,

Sorry the late.

We open a ticket to the SAP and he answer to me to see the link below:

Now we can navigate to the transaction in the internet browser, but in the app of the iPAD we can't.

We are wainting a answer of the SAP.

Check your dev_icm logs for errors

It should be compatibly or environment issue.

Better check both aspects to fix it yourself.

Hi,

Is the issue with a single system only or all the systems.

If single system, try checking at OS level if the any directories are full especially your database archive directory.

If multiple systems, check from another computer to access system and find if issue is with the gui

Could you share the error message? and also you can check the same user id in SAPGUI have you performing the same transaction without any issues?
