Hello,

I running BI Platform 4.1 SP 4 (version 14.1.4.1327) and its been running great.  From the new year on it been giving me some grief here.  I have a report that I created in Writer 2013 (SP4, version 14.1.4.1327) and I can run the report just fine in the writer.  When I login into the server which Platform is on it will give me an error of:

The viewer could not process an event.  The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect [] --- error code: 0 [CRWEB00000119]

Detail:

I can't see anything in the event on the server to fix it.  I have deleted the file off the server and resaved it.  This fix only works for a day and the next day it starts all over again with the same message.  I have check the database login information, and nothing has changed on that.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,

Gerald

Hello Tammy,

Thanks for that link.  I didn't find anything that would solve my issue.  I am puzzle what changed from December to January.  I know that I didn't do any updates with my server or crystals.  I have to keep digging here.

Gerald

Hi Gerald,

What is the data source you use for this report?

What is the driver version / type of connectivity you use?

What is the type of connectivity (64 or 32 bit)?

Open the report in crystal report designer> Navigate to File menu> page setup> Check "No Printer" option. Resave this report to enterprise.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Onkar

Hello Onkar,

I will try the Printer option.

Datasource: Unidata Database, ODBC 32bit connection.

I have other reports made and they are fine.  I am just struggling with two reports (similar in nature but display differently)

Thanks,
Gerald
