Unable to approve leave in MSS

The manager is unable to approve leaves of the employee in MSS. Please find the attached screen shot and do the needful.

are you using standard POWL? standard application configuration MANAGER_MSS_WDAC_POWL_INBOX? 1733095    Incorrect collision error when creating a leave req check this note as well Are you using any substitution ? Is rptarqpost being run? once check with another manager user id

For this Manager ID, make sure in Infotype 0105 subtype 0001 is maintained with correct user ID properly or not.
