Auto reminder mail error from IT0019

Dear Experts

I have done the required set-up related to auto-reminder mail triggering from IT0019 like M0001, dynamic action, distribution list in SBWP and SMTP mail server set-up. Some of the screen-shots are shown below. When i send mail from my business workplace to external ID, that's also working fine.

Still i am encountering following error while completing hiring action including IT19 maintenance, not understanding what auto-reminder mail has to do with workflow. And more over, after that nothing is generating in my SBWP followed by hiring action.

Please help, i am clueless about the issue

You need to check the workflow log in SWI1 for the mentioned workflow ID to identify why it is in error.

Hi Tandrima,

As i unederstood you are trying to get mail in SAP workflow with IT 0019 "End of Probation"

Which means IT0019 is already created through any way with field "Reminder date" and you wish the system should email when reminder date comes?

First of all, Mail function doesn't run in this case, it works when you update any field.

or The dynamic action for an infotype is executed only when that It is changed or inserted.

or else, run a query daily to check IT 19 reminder date - this query can be set up as a batch job to run daily.

Hi Anuj,

Thanks for the update, what i am trying to do, is while hiring, IT0019 will be automatically created defining end of probation period, 01 subtype through dynamic action and if P0019-MNDAT=SY-UZEIT, then mail should be triggered as per feature M0001.

I modified M0001 feature based on one thread of you along with my text in SO10. But still i am not getting desired output.Please find below the modified feature and screen shot my text details.

Hi Tandrima,

First check SO10 message as -> Goto -> Content editor-> delete all unwanted sign and save (same as in my thread). and that email should be triggered on the reminder date or end of probation date as per your saying, which should be the today's date if you checking your email today-

and check the email if received or not?

If not, try this, u might change the dynamic action like-

P T001P-MOLGA=99

P P0019-MNDAT=SY-UZEIT

I 0019,x,(P0001-BEGDA),(P0001-ENDDA)/D

M M0001

'X' -----> create new Monitoring of task as "End of probation"

SY-UZEIT ------> current date if you are checking email today.

Can you please guide, how to read and delete unwanted signs from Change editor in SO10 as per your thread. This part i am unable to understand after reading your thread. See how my text looks like when i go-to change editor from SO10. Now i dont understand how and what to delete.

i don't have access to the system right now....do it like the same as you did on main screen delete unwanted sign and save.

example-

your line is  = Employee no. :,,<(>&<)>P0000-PERNR<(>&<)>

It should be = Employee no. &P0000-PERNR&

same as for all the other lines...edit and save at the end.

Hi Tandrima,

In Feature 'M0001' infotype taken is 0000 However, In Dynamic action the Infotype is 0019 & Sybtype -01- field MNDAT,

Please keept it same either putting the mail settings under IT0019.
