Hi Kavya,

To implement your Dashboards on Mobile devices, you would need below applications:

Dashboards 4.0 (SP05) onwards.- applicable to iPad only.

Dashboards 4.1 onwards- applies for iPad and Android based tablet.

SAP BO Mobile App- available in the App store or Google play store(Android).

In the Dashboards, make use of Mobile compatibility browser to make sure you are using supported components.

You would need to save the Dashboards on BI Launchpad as "Mobile".

Yes you can run your dashboards on Android 4.0.
