About the root location setup

When we are using the sap system, we need to setip the root for excel and word or the attachment file.

is anyone know where the file location?

for excemple:

@ when we run a sales order and transfer to the purchase order and the work flow are all done and we need to create a invoice or the report , which location should i going to setup and it can show the direct way like PDF, or WORD .

Hi,

You need to define path for attachment as well as picture folder for creating PDF or Word. The file location  will be in  Server.

i have one more question, the sales order and the purchase order still cant create the pdf file, and it shows the crystal running timeout error like below.

How should i do to fix this problem?

The translate is : link error from the crystal runtime ; please check setup .

and i am not sure the crystal report is setup correct or not .

could you let me know how to setup the crystal report ?
