Thanks for the info. If a third party software would like to integrate with SAP Organisational and Staffing interface, what tables and fields to extract? Any idea?

Table for Org. Structure  in SAP is HRP1000, and HRP1001. You need to work on relationships in this case. Also, please follow the below link for more clarifiication:

Go to PO13 and pass your object S details and select relationships then click on Shift+F8 and check whether A002 is maintained or not if maintained consider him as reporting line.

Hi, Are you refereeing to Organisational management module? If yes, please use T code PPOSE ( Organisational and Staffing interface) and you can search with Organisation unit of the Emp no. and get the manager of the Org Unit. If you do not know the Org unit, then search with emp no / position and get the Org Unit ID. Thanks, Vinoli Thoppil
