Dear Gurus;

I'm trying to give an employee an absence type but am always getting that error msg No Quota Available for att./abs. XXXX.

I've checked all the configuration plus table V_001P_ALL, and everything exists. Can you help me fix it.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards;

Lobna

Lobna Diaa,

First check quota is available for particular quota type and  also check configuration steps in below link.

I hope it will help you.

Lobna,

The employee that you are receiving the error for needs to have absence quota for the particular absence quota type that the absence itself deducts from. If you check infotype 2006 then you will see that the employee either has no quota entitlement remaining or has less quota entitlement remaining than the amount of time you are entering for the absence.

If you want to give the employee quota you can give them an infotype 2013 record to transfer some entitlement hours or if you have set up rules to generate the entitlement then just run time evaluation.

If what I've stated above doesn't seem like it will work for you then please provide some more details as to your requirement, and what your expectations are concening the absence you are entering and the quota deduction.

Thanks,

Kory

As mentioned by Kory check number field from 2006 for the absence quota type which is assigned to absence type if it is available system allows us to create a record in 2001 until and unless balance is there in quota 's which are assigned to absence type we can not create record check it.

Hi Lobna,

Have you checked the absence quota value is available for the absence type. If it's available then check the counting rule and int's connection with deduction rule.

And after that check that counting has been linked with Absence type or not. Check the following table for the above explanation details.

1.T556C

2.V_556R_B

3.V_554S_Q
