error in process chain

Hi All,

          START------>INFOPACKAGE---------->DELETE INDEX------------------>DTP--------------->GENERATE INDEX  is correct without errors.

but

   if add roll up at the last after GENERATE INDEX it is throwing error

No type "Delete Index" process can be in front of process "Roll Up of Filled Aggregates/BIA Indexes" variable ZST_V6 in the chain

Hi Vamshi,

Process Chain dependencies are stored in table RSPCTYPESDEP. Please try to analyze and define what the correct sequence should be.

Alternatively (as a work-around), you could decide to split up the Process Chain in part 1 and part 2. Part one contains the loading process and index deletion and creation. Part 2 contains the Aggregates/BIA Indexes.

Last but not least, please check if SAP Note 1122289 - P17:PC: Dependencies of PC variants determined incorrectly is applicable for your release and SP level.

are you filling the aggregates plese add the roll up proces types Roll Up of Filled Aggregates/BIA Indexes

after load the new data into cube after trigger the proces chain.

Load dtp and fill aggreagtes. Later create a index.
