Knowledge Base Articles

Hi All,

I need to configure Knowledge Base Articles for the Interaction Center service Module.

Please help me understand the Step by Step approach required for the same.

CRM version 7.0 EHP3.

Also , is integration with Trex server mandatory for successful running of these Articles?
