Dear Friends,
Wherever data in an infotype exists for an employee , it is displayed by a green check mark .
It's fine in PA30 screen but for time infotype in PA61 there's a deviation ,
For an employee I've absence data in IT2001, but it is not checked by green tick.
Need to know the reason for this deviation . Although it is not a serious issue , still eager to know the root cause for this.
Regards,
Niladri
Typically for "Master Data", something that is reasonably static throughout the employee's career, SAP gives a green tick, which can indicate at a glance, whether atleast one infotype record exists or not. Basic Pay for example, even with all the changes, the number of records an employee can have in an entire career would be in the low double digits.
Attendances, Absences are more like transactional data - and an employee could accumulate 100s if not thousands of these records throughout the career. Hence it is not very meaningful to provide such a green tick.
Hope this helps.

Hi Niladri,

Dear Niladri,
This is SAP standard, I mean there are some info types where green mark won't be appeared so don't worry about that.
Hope so info types would be
2001, 2002, 2011 etc.....!
