Hi gurus,

I've defined in Org Structure 2 companys with the same layout of Purchase Organization and Purchase Groups including the same Product Category distribution as shown below:

Company 1

     Purchase Org. 1

          Purchase Group (a)

               Product Category (x¹...)

          Purchase Group (b)

               Product Category (x²...)

          Purchase Group (c)

               Product Category (x³...)

Company 2

     Purchase Org. 2

          Purchase Group (d)

               Product Category (x¹...)

          Purchase Group (e)

               Product Category (x²...)

          Purchase Group (f)

               Product Category (x³...)

My user is under Company 2 and when I create a Shopping Cart using Product Category x¹, on item detail the Purchase Group proposed is Purchase Group (a) from Company 1 and when I open the drop down list I can see the folloing:

Purchase Group (a) (Company 1)

Purchase Group (d) (Company 2)

I tried many combinations on Attributes, Extended Attributes, etc but nothing worked.

Some knows if theres a way to limit this exibition based on the company the user is located on in Org Struc?

Thanks and regards.

Hi,

Can you check organization id of purchasing group (a) is enlisted in Responsibility Tab of organization structure for Company 2/ Purchase Organization/ Purchase Group? It can be case of cross company purchase.

I hope it helps.

A key user set the Company 2 in Organizational Responsability of Purchase Group (a) without asking or advise.

Thanks everybody.

Hi,

Please check the "reponsibility tab" of the P group and check whether the Org IDs (company/P org) are correctly maintained for which the respective P group is responsible.
