VOTXN Question

Hello friends,

we have created a text procedure 01, and to it we have assigned a 6 text ids.

A few more text ids' were also created (in green) but we have not assigned them to any text procedure. Only 6 were assigned as you can see in fig 1.

Oddly enough, we are seeing these extra (in green) in the customer as well. Any one know why we are seeing these as well?

    Laber,

    Do a check in the "reverse" direction. Get the customer account group. Then go to Text determination, find the text procedure. In the procedure, check if these new Text types have been included.

      Can you create a new customer and check if these new Text IDs appear?

      Next, in VOTXN delete one new Text ID and then check a customer. Is the deleted one appearing in the customer? Probably, you have to delete these Text IDs and then create those again.
