We have activated Web Service message monitoring in Business Configuration/Scoping but can't see it under Administrator/System Administration.
Has anybody got any idea what needs to be done to make it visible?

I've browsed through the Scoping part dedicated to Integration and could not find an item corresponding to that function. (Though activating other Integration features that we needed, and even receiving messages from SAP CRM via NW PI...) Needless to say that the Monitor yet does not present under Administrator/System Administration.
Can you, please, provide the Scoping path you've activated to make the Monitor available?

1. Have you logged off C4C and re-log back in ?
2. Also check the rights in Business User for this Administration WC, and make the it's checked for your login.
