Hi,
Recently an issue came up with one of our Crystal Report Xl users. When this user tries to view a document and then go to the design tab and hide or show details of the document the program stops working, it displays a windows error message " Crystal Reports has stopped working ".

This particular issue only happens to this user login. We are are able to view and run the documents when we use any other account in the same computer, thus it only occurs when that one user is signed in. Also, the user is able to use Crystal Report in different computers so the issue it's only in that computer.
I Uninstalled and reinstalled the application with valid license keycode and registered as well, but still the error remains same when the application is started. I have also installed tCrystal Reports XI Release 2A Service Pack 4 Full Build together with Crystal Reports XI Release 2A Service Pack 6 but the " Crystal Reports has stopped working " still happened to that particular user.
Kindly suggest on how to resolve this issue.
Hi,
I have already resolved the issue, the problem is that I installed all in 64bits, after days, the solution is to install the DIAPI for 32 bits for the last patch.
I have SAP B1 9.1 PL04 with crystal reports 2013.
Regards
Mauricio

Hi Jose
What is the OS? CR XI R2 does not support WIN 8 or WIN 2012.
One thing to try is Process Monitor, see if the logs tell you something.

I have the same problem, when we try to do a OLE(ADO) connection there is no problem, but with SAPBusinessOne connection the DB do not appear in the combo connection and after you click ok on this window appear the José error.
I have win 2008 server R2 with all updates, SQL 2012 sp2 and SBO 9.0 PL04 with Crystal Reports 2013
Best Regards
Mauricio
