DECREE No. 569 VAT Romania

Hello expert,

I need your help.

I'm trying to search the oss note for the new legal requirement in respect of the Romanian Dispatch Intrastat reporting requirements http://www.intrastat.ro/stiri_en.php

This is DECREE No. 569 of 11.11.2014 and with the new requirement both the VAT registration number of our customer and the country of origin of the goods are now obligatory but not yet in the report

the t-code used to run the intrastat report for Romania is :/CEECV

I have being looking for this oss note since this morning but I wasn't able to find it.

Is is possible this note hasn't been relased yet?

Can you help me to find the right note?

Dear all,

I have a question regarding the procedure of Intrastat in Romania.

User is complaining that the paper form is not in conformity with the legal requirement.

I suspect that SAP is only taking care of the XML-File and so they do not Support the paper form anymore.

Is anyone having experience on that and may can confirm ?
