External user registered - no CP, BP, NA created for them and shows internal error

Dear Gurus

We are usging WebDYnpro ABAP E-recruiting solution for external candidates to get register and apply for jobs.

Sometime in few caes when external candidates registers - then only User ID created for them and no CP, BP, NA created in system.

There s no relationship exist in HRP1001 table against US->CP and etc.

These is kind of intermitent issue and not hapend with everyone.

For these user there are errors in SLG1 also - like 'No candidate found' etc.

Please can you suggest if any one encounter similar issues.

In addition to above detals.

When such user logged in to system then they have message 'Internal error' and at the same time in SLG1 we have messages 'No candidate found', serious error, technical inconsistency etc.
