Restoring environment shell throwing an error ...

Hi every one,

I am creating an environment via back end by using the UJBR. The reason behind doing this I don't have access to create a environment by using BPC Administration . So I am following this way.

     1. I took the back up of environment shell and save it in to my desktop.

      2. by using the UJBR, I am restoring the environment with different name as Environmentshell2.

While doing that I am getting the following error. See the screen shot as a reference.

can any one please let me know why its throwing an error like that.

Hi Saida,

I think you need more authorizations in BW as well for you to restore an environment.

Do you have SAP_ALL?

I don't have SAP_ALL access ...

I implemented the note 1927908 - Support UJBR backup without security data.. its was successful...

Hi Saida,

It is advisable to install the latest BPC patch in your BW system.

it seems to me that your patch level is very old.

Hi Saida,

Error BUI persistence data is related to missing payloads please follow below

1) Implement note 1657427 u have to execute a program.

if  error still exists after implementing the note then

2) Please run with user who has SAP_ALL access.
