I am getting this error- Saving is not possible; maintain the hierarchy completely Message no. /SCMB/SCU020 while maintaining Supply chain unit hierarchy maintenance , I am trying to link Warehouse SCU to Recieving SCU  shipping point  and Shipping office

Hi Yogaraj,

Did you maintain Business Attribute(SO,RO) in Alternative Tab of Tcode /SCMB/SCUMAIN for SCU-PLSPL1 ?

If yes , Please delete those Business Attribute(SO,RO).

Again try to maintain RO SO in /SCMB/SCUHIERMAIN .

Please let us know if the issue persists.

Hi Ajith,

I did not create SO and RO business attributes for Plant PLSPL1.

While Creating SCU for Plant PLSPL1 -> SO there is no error.

But I am trying to assign PLSPL1 ->RO system says Hierarchy connection already exists.

Finally while saving entries I got an error.

I dont know where this connection existing.Searching SPRO and Tables but I could not find any thing.

Please guide me for this issue.

Please maintain RO in Alternative tab For SPSNP1 in /SCMB/SCUMAIN .

Also Search for RO like below ,It might be assigned somewhere else.

Hi Ajith,

I have find the solution for this Issue.

For this issue you have to check the table /SCMB/TOEASS. Here SAP maintain the GUID for SCU.

If any duplicates or Initial value for RO and INV business attributes you have to delete it.

Please note checked entry in above picture. Some time duplicate entries created like above and it wont allow us create SCU hierarchy.

Hi Ajit,

There is no right notes for it.Based on debugging I have found out the tables and did R& D in SCU hierarchy assigning.All fields are free entry there is no validation in initial screen of SCU.

And find all assignments below image. Some SCU's are blank.
