Appointment for both representative and manager with the customer

Hi,

I as a sales representative logged into sales pro role and created an appointment.In parties involved assignment block I made sales representative and his manager as mandatory partners.Now If I check my activity calendar I can see my appointment in My appointments page indicating time.Is there any way that My manager also can see the appointment details indicating that I want him to be along with me for the appointment.Meaning can this appointment be seen in his login also under his appointments.Any suggestions please.

Hi Jaya,

in the appointment you can set in assignment block 'parties involved' or 'attendees' the flag 'calendar maintainance' for the partner function in question. All partner with this flag will see the appointment in their calendar.

You can also set a default value in customizing of partner procedure. Here you can use flag 'Calendar maintainance'. In the appointment in WebUI user can still change this default value.
