What is the indicator needs to give to undo the deletion flag for N number of PO's in MASS

Hello,

Unfortunately, I have marked the deletion flag for 11000 PO's for all the line items in PO.

But, I realized that we need to flag the deletion flag only for specific line items in the PO's not for all the items.

So, now I have tried to reset the deletion flag in MASS gving only blanks for LOEKZ.

But, after execution I am getting the message as No data changed.

Can anybody say what is the exact indicator in MASS for undelete the PO's.

Dear Satya,

1. Kindy select the field MASSEKPO - LOEKZ in MASS transaction and execute.

2. Pass your PO numbers and execute.

3. Make the Deletion Indicatior field empty as per below screen and click the icon " Carry out a mass change".

4. All the deletion indicator will be removed and Save.

In ME22, system is allowing to Un-delete.

But, in MASS it is not updating.

Yes, after executing, there is 'L' for all the STO's. I am just making them empty by ' Carry out Mass update' and trying to Save. But, not updating anything.

you said ME22 is working  - but what about ME22N which is much closer to the BAPI than the unsupported old ME22?

   I could find the same issue in EHP 4 and seems to be a bug. You may check for OSS notes (I couldnt find anything relevant) or raise an OSS ticket to SAP.

Even in ME22N, when I have clicked the button unblock/undelete by selecting required item, it is not getting reset. Problem with ME22N as well.

But, in ME22, I am not facing any issue.

As of now we have written our own BDC for the same and updated the required data.

Once you delete and save you cannot change it back. You will have to create new line item for all those which shouldn't have been deleted in the first place.

Why not ? He has just set deletion flag, why he can't change it back ?

Hello,

In SAP, till the final archiving the data from the table level, we can modify the deletion flags as required. BAPI gets updated. But, in my case, BAPI_PO_CHANGE is not getting updated through MASS & ME22N. In ME 22, there is no issue. As AKPT said, it is a bug, we need to trace for a note. Currently, problem resolved through our own BDC to reset the deletion flag.

Be sure that you have pressed the "Carry Out a Mass Change" option.
