In SPRO--Cross-Application Components--SAP Screen Personas--Maintain Systems, check the System name. It should correct SID and client number. If not, please correct and try again.

Make sure your Personas environment is fully up-to-date, and all notes according to the collective note 1964257 are implemented.
Among those notes mentioned, there is one that specifically addresses logout-related issues.
Also verify if the logoff service is activated in SICF. If it is not, you'll get the above error message.
