System Status Lock

Hi,

We are facing one issue regards of locking and unlocking of Projects. Users having the rights of CJ20n.

Once Projects are lock then these user should not authorize to do unlock the Projects.

We are not maintained any user status at WBS and network level.

We want to control "Lock" and "Unlock" system status to particular user.
