Error obtained when trying to open attached invoices from VIM module

Initial error obtained was Error when opening document with HTML control, DP_ERROR_GENERAL

how to resolve this offline issue?

Hi Benjamin,

Basically such issues/messages occur when the Content Management Server(in our case Open Text Archive Server) wherein Images are stored/Archived is not up and is disconnected from the ECC system due to some reason.

One needs to contact the corresponding Server / ECC Basis Team to confirm whether the connection is working fine or not.

I am also facing the same error while accessing the archive documents from SAP system, i.e. HTTP error:500 Internal server error 3045 volume ER_MIG_0024A is offline.

Could you please suggest what could be the issue and how to overcome it.
